How to Place an Order
Placing an order with Cedar Furniture Outlet is easy and safe. We will explain everything you need to know on this page.
You may place an order on-line using the convenient "Add to Cart" or "View Cart" buttons found on every product page, which will take you to our payment processor, PayPal. (PayPal is a well-respected name in on-line payment, and you can trust their security measures.)
Via PayPal we can accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Click on the PayPal logo for detailed information about the PayPal payment process. (Credit card orders also accepted by phone.) All sales are made and charged in U.S. dollars.
We can accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express - through our online payment processor, PayPal (using a guaranteed secure connection and data encryption). Payment is also accepted by cashier check, money order, and personal check. Mail orders will be processed only after the check or money order has been received by us, and has cleared the bank. (This is typically 15 days for personal checks.) You should take this into account when considering shipping time and expected delivery date.

We make every attempt to maintain accurate and current prices on our website, however prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders addressed to the contiguous United States and our Nafta partners, Canada and Mexico, are shipped UPS Ground and will take a week to 10 days to arrive. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are made via UPS 3-Day Air, and are subject to additional fees. (Please call or for details.)
Note that shipping charges are displayed on each individual product page, along with the price and other pertinent information. Generally, shipping costs are 20% of the purchase price.
If the shipping address is outside of the USA, please call or for shipping costs. We make every attempt to process and ship your order as rapidly as possible, and will contact you if there is any significant delay.
If an item was damaged during shipment, please do not return it. You must do three things:
- Keep all packaging
- Notify Cedar Furniture Outlet by as soon as possible
- Explain as well as you can the specific damage

We will make arrangements for a return or replacement with UPS.
In addition to the 30 day manufacturers warranty, each of our products has a 15 day unconditional return policy. The manufacturers warranty states that if the product is found to be defective or damaged within the first 30 days of normal usage, the manufacturer will, at their discretion, replace the damaged part or entire item, free of charge.
Further - you are guaranteed 100% satisfaction with any product you purchase from Cedar Furniture Outlet. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 15 days (subject to certain conditions, see Returns).
