Returns Policy and Procedure

15 Day Unconditional Return Policy

Each of our products has a 15 day unconditional return policy.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 15 days, subject to the conditions listed below.

Merchandise must be returned prepaid within 15 days of receipt of shipment.  All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs, instructions, and manuals.  Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or missing.

All orders cancelled after shipment has been made will be subject to full round trip shipping and handling charges.

Manufacturers 30 Day Warranty

The manufacturer fully warrants their products for 30 days.  If your product is found to be defective or damaged within the first 30 days of normal usage, the manufacturer will, at their discretion, replace the damaged part or entire item, completely free of charge.

Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged in shipping, keep all packaging and notify Cedar Furniture Outlet by as soon as possible.  Cedar Furniture Outlet will handle all correspondence and dealings with UPS and arrange for product replacement and return shipping with UPS.

Note:  Damaged items must be handled by us through UPS.  If damaged items are shipped back to the manufacturer by the customer in damaged condition they will be handled as a return and restocking charges will apply.

What the Customer Needs to Do

To help us process your return or exchange we need some information from you.  Please Cedar Furniture Outlet and provide the following information:

  1. Customer name
  2. Customer email address
  3. The item you are returning
  4. Whether the return is for a refund or a replacement
  5. The number of items
  6. The reason for the return  (please be as specific as you can)

We will send you a return invoice, which you will attach to the outside of each package.  This return invoice must accompany all returns and exchanges.  You can then ship, pre-paid, back to the manufacturer through a shipping method of your choice.
